HDS 110 Dredge Pump with revolutionary excavator mounting pads

⚠️Important Informations before choosing the right dredging pump :
​- Pumps designed for 1450 RPM - Thus higher speed results to higher wear of the wear plates, impeller, casing and agitator.
- Higher RPM results in higher capacity and head.
- To avoid higher wear when pumping abrasive sand RPM should be limited to recomended speed of 1150~1200 RPM.
- Silt and mud may be pumped at higher RPM, because it is less abrasive.​

​- Our performance curves are based on practical duty points for pumping coarse sand up to 4 mm grain size, providing reliable and realistic expectations in the field.
- Pumping sand through PE-pipes diameter 150, 200, 250mm. Distance up to max. 500 meters.
- There are similar dredging pumps from other manufacturer capable to pump dust of 0,1mm over a distance of 3000 meter.
- Note : Every water pump can pump dust of 0,1mm over a distance of 3000 meter.

The HDS 110 heavy-duty submersible dredge pump delivers 62 kW (83 HP) output and accommodates 6‑ or 8 inch discharge. Designed for extreme conditions in sand, gravel, clay and mud, it combines durability with easy maintenance.

        Versatile Mounting Design

  • Engineered for fast setup and seamless integration with your dredging equipment.
  • Threaded fixations on both side of the pump casing allowing fixation of jetting ring or dredging cutter heads-excavators for hard soil and clay or mixing to fluidify heavy mud with low water content.
  • Threaded fixations on both side of the motor housing allowing to fix on :
  • All types of lifting frames
  • Rotating shafts to fix on ladder arm.
  • Horizontal or vertical ladder arm to avoid spinning of the unit or laying  down on the bottom. 
  • Allowing the fixation of the discharge hose, power hoses or jetting hose.
  • Makes it operator friendly and allows the operator to focus more on production instead of caring about the surroundings and not cooperating floating hoses.

  • Designed to minimize vibrations and withstand heavy-duty operating conditions, the pump is equipped with bearings positioned close to the impeller and an agitator with three robust blades for superior impact resistance.
  • Shaft tempered stainless AISI T-431 DIN 1-4057 - Better than 39NiCrMo3 For Sea Water Application​.
  • The shaft sleeve is made of Diamix and features both Nitrile and Teflon seals.
  • Our wear plates and impellers are made of white cast iron with 27% chromium content and a hardness of 62 HRC. EN-GX260Cr27 provides exceptional wear resistance under extreme abrasion conditions in dredging, slurry pump applications, and mining. It outperforms EN-GJN-HV600 (XCr18), offering extended service life and reduced maintenance requirements.
Easy to Maintain and Cost-Effective to Repair
  • Extraction bolts for easy dismantling by repair or overhaul.
  • Casted parts in over-sized thickness, unbreakable makes dismantling and reassembling possible in record times.
  • Pumps can be dismantled without removing the Excavators-Cutter heads.
