Developed by field engineers with real jobsite experience. Every decision prioritises uptime, serviceability and operator safety.

Non-Round Profile
Unlike cylindrical competitors, the HDS rectangular cross-section is easy to grip, chain and orient. No rolling on deck, no struggle adapting to existing machine geometry.

Discharge Pipe Clamp
Integrated threaded clamp on motor housing allows fixing the discharge pipe directly to the pump — operator keeps focus on dredging, not on pipe management.

Self-Cleaning Agitator
Side-mounted agitator with self-cleaning blades ejects oversized material away from the suction inlet. Prevents blockage without stopping the pump — ±125 m/min circumferential speed.

Anti-Rotation System
Horizontal or vertical shaft fitting to the excavator ladder arm prevents unit rotation in operation — no twist, no pipe stress, no production loss.

Suction Pipe Option
Designed from the start to accept a suction pipe in place of the standard strainer — enabling deep dredging through combi wall sheets, harbour walls and confined piling.

Vortex Casing Ports
Threaded mounting points on both sides of the vortex casing accept: jetting rings for hard clay, agitators for heavy silt, or cutterhead connectors for rock dredging.
